With this goal in mind, SATT Sayens and the Incubateur Lorrain, founding members of Unys \u2013 P\u00f4le Universitaire d\u2019Innovation lorrain, are joining forces to launch a new program in 2026: \u201cPhD Impact Transfer.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"521\" data-end=\"939\"><strong data-start=\"521\" data-end=\"698\">PhD Impact Transfer is a coaching program designed to support PhD candidates and early-career researchers in transforming their scientific results into concrete innovations.<\/strong> We guide them from idea to project, providing them with tools to secure their intellectual property, understand market needs, structure a value proposition, test their solution, and collaborate with stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"941\" data-end=\"1144\"><strong data-start=\"941\" data-end=\"1125\">The objectives of the PhD Impact Transfer program are to reveal the impact potential of research and accelerate the creation of projects with strong economic or societal potential.<\/strong><br data-start=\"1125\" data-end=\"1128\" \/>This involves:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1745\">\n<li data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1266\">\n<p data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1266\">Encouraging PhD candidates and early-career researchers to leverage and promote their research results (thesis work).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1267\" data-end=\"1362\">\n<p data-start=\"1269\" data-end=\"1362\">Identifying innovation projects with high potential for valorization, transfer, and impact.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1363\" data-end=\"1511\">\n<p data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1511\">Demystifying entrepreneurship for PhD candidates and early-career researchers and supporting them through the different stages of their journey.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1512\" data-end=\"1745\">\n<p data-start=\"1514\" data-end=\"1745\">Raising awareness among PhD candidates and early-career researchers about career opportunities that may arise from the valorization of their work\u2014whether through the creation of a start-up or through transfer to existing companies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1514\" data-end=\"1745\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4435 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.unys-sciences.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/iphd-1024x588.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"857\" height=\"492\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Unys \u2013 P\u00f4le Universitaire d\u2019Innovation lorrain aims to build on the strengths of research across the Lorraine site to foster the emergence of new innovation projects and maximize their impact on society.
